Grounds

Windy Knoll includes over 100 acres of rolling terrain with four ponds, improved pastures, dense woods, and four water wells. This is an active working farm and as such the acreage is designated with either an ag or wildlife valuation.

A 17,000 gallon underground tank collects water which is pumped to a 25,000 gallon surface tank to irrigate the garden. This water can be diverted through filtration and ultraviolet cleansing systems and used indoors.

The on-site solar panels generation 40 KW of electricity, which enable the house to operate completely off the grid. A 70' by 40' storage barn houses a tractor and other farm equipment and is complete with a bathroom and eating area for ranch personnel.
